Richard is General Manager of CBRE Bahrain and a member of CBRE Bahrain’s Board of Directors.
Richard joined CBRE in 2008 to establish CBRE Bahrain. He has extensive knowledge of property development, PM/FM, valuation and professional advisory throughout the Middle East region and has undertaken major valuation work as far afield as New Zealand, Singapore and India. Richard has led numerous assignments in the region including valuations, project management, property & facilities management, feasibility and best-use studies, sales, agency, master planning and development consultancy.
Prior to joining CBRE Bahrain, Richard was with Cluttons from 1996, became a Partner in 2002 and sat on Cluttons regional Partnership Board until 2008.
