Kevin Moosbrugger

Kevin Moosbrugger is a Global Account Executive for CBRE’s Client Care program. Kevin partners with his clients to identify their key global strategic priorities and goals and then works across CBRE’s service lines and global geographies to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client outcomes.

Prior to joining CBRE, Kevin was with Colony Capital. During his tenure, he held various responsibilities, most recently as a Vice President of Portfolio Management where he was responsible for managing both debt and equity portfolios under separate public and private investment vehicles. Prior to this role, he was a member of Colony’s Real Estate Finance/Capital Markets team, where his responsibilities and experience included $2.0 billion of asset and corporate level financing, $1.8 billion in direct lending and management of $350 million of various debt and equity portfolios.

Before joining Colony, Kevin worked in real estate banking at Eurohypo AG in New York City and started his career as an investment sales professional with Marcus and Millichap in Miami, Florida.

With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Kevin’s expertise includes capital markets, asset management, acquisition and dispositions, distressed debt, debt and equity underwriting, special servicing and investment sales brokerage.
