Daniel is Senior Director - Regional Head of Valuation and Consulting in the Middle East.
Having been based in the Middle East for over 10 years, Dan specialises in valuation and development advisory and has undertaken transactional due diligence roles for major corporate transactions in the region. He joined CBRE in 2018 following ten years at one of the Big Four accounting firms where he led their Middle East valuation assurance function, involving annual impairment reviews and speaking at IFRS events. Daniel’s wider role included real estate and business valuation engagements, market and financial feasibility studies and project feasibility review and challenge.
