Lindsay is Head of Property Management in the Middle East.
Lindsay is responsible for the strategic direction of the Property Management department and delivering growth within the wider region. She relocated to the UAE from the United Kingdom in 2018, bringing over 15 years of Property and Asset Management experience. Most recently, Lindsay has acted for a diverse range of corporate clients including specialist REITs, Investment Funds and Privately-Owned Property Companies.
Lindsay has advised her clients in all aspects of commercial property, more specifically shopping centre acquisition, asset management and value add strategy, setting and reviewing business plans, as well as on going property management and service charge analysis. Lindsay has also provided key advice to her retail clients on repurposing strategy to assist diversify their portfolios in line with evolving market and consumer trends. This includes the introduction of more family entertainment and learning, convenience food and grocery offer, hotels, residential and shared work space.
