Office sector dominated the investment activity in H1 2019. Two transactions for a total volume of €148 million were closed in H1 2019 in the office sector.

The investment volume transacted in H1 2019 reached €260 million (-34% y-o-y) spread between 7 transactions.

The volume of average transaction was €37 million in H1 2019 while it was more than double at €65 million in H1 2018. In general, the dominance of the office segment continued throughout the year followed by the industrial segment. The retail segment has not repeated its peak performance from H1 2018 although the interest of investors remains high across all real-estate segments.
