Porto continues to attract new companies

  • The Porto office market registered a take-up of 19,450 sq m in Q1 2020.
  • The expansion of companies was the take-up main driver recording 53% of the area. Nevertheless, new companies establishing in Porto represented half of the deals.
  • Vacancy rate was 8.6% at the end of March.
  • The prime yield increased 25 basis points, to 6.00%.
