• At the close of Q2 2019, 1.4 M sq. ft. reached completions with a total of six new industrial projects.

• The asking price closed Q2 2019 at US$6.13 per sq. m. per year versus US$5.72 per sq. ft. per year recorded in Q2 2018, driven by the vacancy of new space with prices above the market rate such as: Vallejo-Azcapotzalco and Tlalnepantla.

• At the end of Q2 2019, under construction activity was recorded at approximately 3.8 M sq. ft. Construction was started on a new project in Tlalnepantla, which is expected to reach completion by the end of the year.
